PREP:  10  minutes    COOK:  30  minutes    MAKES:  9  Sliders



  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the bottom of slider buns in a 9" x 13" baking pan.
  3. Place the steak aside, sautee the pepper and onions until they are tender.
  4. Prep the bread by spreading a layer of mayonnaise on the tops and bottoms of the slider buns.
  5. Place a layer of thinly sliced steak followed by provolone cheese and sauteed peppers and onions.
  6. Place the top slider buns over the layers of steak, cheese, peppers, and onions.
  7. Brush the top of the buns with melted butter.
  8. Add diced onions on top of the bun.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Then, remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
