PREPARATION

  1. Follow instructions on baking or shallow frying shrimp on the package.
  2. Spread butter on the insides of the buns and griddle to a golden brown.
  3. Mix mayo and creole seasoning.
  4. Spread 1/2 tsp. or Creole aioli on both the inside of the top and bottom buns.
  5. Place 2 fried shrimp on the bottom bun and top with 1/8 cup shredded lettuce, and 1 slice of tomato.
